Accommodation
The holiday let is a house is in the centre of the small village of Cwmcarn and only a two minute walk to the local shops. See On The Door Step for more information.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom at the back of the house which has a dressing table with mirror, a wardrobe and bedside cabinets with lamps.
The second bedroom is at the front of the house and is a twin bedded room which has a TV, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. There is also a spare futon for a child or occasional use required.
For those travelling toddlers there is also a travel cot and high chair available.
The bathroom, also on the first floor, is fully fitted and has a combination boiler, shower, bath and toilet.
All towels and spare bedding in the cupboard.
On the ground floor, the lounge has the usual sofa and TV. Sky Free Sat is available and although the house has full central heating there is a coal effect gas fire. The french doors at the back of the lounge lead out to the back garden.
The dining area has seating available for up to six people or can be used as a quiet place to sit and read.
You will also find information on things to do in the area and some maps and general books on the shelves.
The kitchen is set up with most mod cons. It has a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and the normal kettle and toaster.
We will always ensure there is some tea, coffee, sugar and milk available on your arrival which should last you until you can find the local shop. If there is anything else that you require, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
And finally, there is the small but perfectly formed garden.
There is access to the garden from the kitchen, the lounge and also from the back access road.
There is a brick built shed that can be securly locked, in which you will find garden table and chairs and a barbeque incase you feel the need to eat alfresco!
