Booking Terms & Conditions
1.As Booking Agents and the property owners, any contract made is between the person making the booking (the Holidaymaker) and the Property Owner. A contract will be entered into on the issue from ourselves of a booking confirmation.
2.All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit (normally 50% of the fee due within 7 days of the booking). The final balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the payment balance is not received by the due date.
3. The property will be available for entry from 2.00pm onwards from the first day of the holiday booking and must be vacated by 11.00am on the final day of the booking.
4.All cancellations must be notified in writing to us. The contract requires the Holidaymaker to pay for the accommodation booked in the event of a cancellation unless:
a. We are notified of the cancellation 2 months or more prior to the start of the holiday
b. Having been notified of the cancellation less than 2 months prior to the start of the holiday, we are able to re-let the property then all payments made by the Holidaymaker will be refunded. If the property cannot be re-let then the deposit will be retained whilst other charges will be refunded.
5. The Holidaymaker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. All Rubbish must be cleared from the property and put into the external bins. The fridge must be emptied. The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to the Property Owner or their representative. The Property Owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday.
6. The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the maximum number as stated at the time of booking, unless agreed mutually at a later date in writing.
7. Every effort has been made to ensure that information provided to you is correct at the time of inspection of the accommodation and all this information and statements made by representatives or employees are made in good faith but without liability.
8. In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday, the Holidaymaker should immediately bring this to the attention of the Property Owner or their representative. We regret that claims for compensation cannot be considered after the holiday has ended if we have not been informed as above.
