Prices / Tariff
Bookings can be made for any duration up to a period of four weeks and the minimum stay is two nights, although for high season prices for two nights will be priced accordingly.
A a payment of 50% of the booking fee is required to secure the booking with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to your stay. In the event of cancellation, if you give more than four weeks notice all monies will be refunded to you, if you give less than four weeks notice, a refund will only be given if the property is re-let and therefore the relevant amount will be refunded according to the booking received.

Mid Season: September - October 23
£329 per week / £140 for 2 nights
Low Season: October 24 - December 22
£259 per week / £110 for 2 nights
2010
High Season: July 10 - September 3
£448 per week / £280 for 2 nights
Mid Season: March 1 - July 9; September 4 - October 29
£329 per week / £140 for 2 nights
(This excludes Sept 28 to Oct 5 - Ryder Cup week)
Low Season: Jan - Feb; October 30 onwards
£259 per week / £110 for 2 nights
Note: Bank Holidays are priced at high season rates. However as there is only one left for 2010 we will be letting this go for mid season rates for 2010.
The prices shown includes the provision of bedding, linen, towels and utilities such as gas and electricity (that is, there are no hidden charges). There is also a travel cot and high chair available if required at no additional charge. We will even make sure there is tea, coffee and milk in the house ready for your arrival, we really do want you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

As a note we would like to say that we know accidents happen. It would be much appreciated if you could inform us of any such matter during your holiday so that things can be rectified promptly for you. The only time charges would be passed on is if there was significant damage to the cottage.
